All items must be ordered on a single purchase order with a reference to the Belmont Premier Plus Package. The Belmont Premier Plus Package must include the Q5500 chair with upholstery, an EVG chair-mounted unit, and a Bel-Halo LED dental light. Eligible only for items purchased and shipped directly from Belmont Equipment. Prior purchases or products shipped from dealer stock are ineligible for these programs. Unless indicated, the program may not be combined with any other promotions, bulk deals, sales, discounts, or incentives. To qualify, all orders must be submitted between February 1, 2026 and January 31, 2027 by 5:00 PM ET and shipped within standard lead times. No additional types of awards, substitutions or requests for compensation will be accepted by Belmont Equipment as valid with this program. Program valid while supplies last and Belmont Equipment reserves the right to terminate any and all programs without prior notice.
